Government Records Access & Management Act (GRAMA)
The following form should be completed in full and returned to the City Recorder's office. The City is allowed ten (10) business days in which to respond to your request. Currently, the City of South Jordan charges 25¢ per page. The City may assess additional fees for records compiled in a format other than the one maintained. Research or Service Fee(s) may be charged as provided by Utah Code 63G-2-203.
