Your utility bill will look different beginning with the bill you will receive in May, whether in print or through email. The updated bill design is meant to provide important billing information and resources in an easy-to-read format. On the front of the bill, the charge details will be aligned below your customer information in an easier-to-follow list. Your water usage information will be on the right. Budget billing information for customers will be below the water usage information. On the bottom portion of the bill will continue to be customer information along with how you can donate to support the arts in South Jordan through the Round it Up for Arts program.
On the back, the top features the city’s contact information. Then, there are quick links (and QR codes!) to get to ways to make your billing process smoother. You can scan the codes to get to customer forms, sign up for auto payments or paperless billing, or pay online. The bottom features a segment to update your contact information as needed.
