 Deceased Resident Found Following 2-Alarm Fire and Explosion

South Jordan, UT – November 6, 2024 – Following a devastating 2-alarm fire at 10593 S. 3210 W. in South Jordan, authorities have located the body of a deceased resident within the home.

Search efforts have concluded, and the investigation into the fire remains ongoing.


 Emergency crews from The City of South Jordan responded to the fire around 3 p.m., working to control significant damage to the affected residence. Nearby homes sustained minor damage and were evacuated as a precaution.
